I was rather disappointed to hear that “Resident Evil: Afterlife” was pushed back to 2011 so the director could convert the film in 3-D. Jovovich remained optimistic about the change, and said they could still make the date. However, the film was pushed back.
Now, its reported that the film will be released in September of this year, but a couple of weeks earlier.
Thanks to ShockTilYouDrop:
“It looks like Anderson won’t be needing that extra time for the FX and 3D after all, as ShockTillYouDrop has learned that things are back on track for Resident Evil: Afterlife to be released not on September 24 as originally slated, but two weeks earlier on September 10! “
The sooner the better, as I always say. The Resident Evil films are just mindless fun to me. Sure, they don’t follow the games, but this isn’t the games.
I”m glad that we don’t have to wait for the film because of 3-D.
Are you glad we are getting the film sooner than expected? Or should this movie have not even been made?
“Resident Evil: Afterlife” will hit theatres on September 10, 2010.
